The ever-loved and never-to-be-forgotten sci-fi classic Firefly has spawned a number of devoted fan groups and websites. “Firefly Chinese: A Guide to Speaking Mandarin in The Verse” is perhaps the rarest of these gems. Created by Jason Q. Ng, a research fellow at Citizen Lab in Toronto, the site chronicles the quest of Captain Malcolm Reynolds and his crew as they endeavor to speak the Chinese language.
